Marco Vinicio Paniagua Gutiérrez.(San Jose, July 18, 1976), better known as Mckoy, is a retired Costa Rican professional footballer who plays as a striker and his last team was the "Asociacion Deportiva Sagrada Familia,” of the Second Division of Costa Rica. He is the nephew of one of the greatest players Costa Rican footballers, Asdrubal "Yuba" Paniagua, who played with Herediano and Deportivo Saprissa. 

Paniagua played at Club Sport Herediano for 6 years, where her was a companion of Paulo Cesar Wanchope, Jafet Soto, William Sumsing and other important players.

In 1993,  he joined Herediano but had no participation under coach Juan Luis Hernandez Fuertes, who had a great team with players like Kenneth Paniagua, Hector Marchena, Mauricio Solis, Jafet Soto, Paulo Wanchope and in 1995 debuted in a First Division in the era of Mexico-Uruguayan Carlos Miloc with Club Sport Herediano. He later debuted in the Second Division with teams like "Asociacion Deportiva Sagrada Familia" and "Barrio Mexico.” Paniagua left football in 2002 to study Business Administration and coaching, and after a few years he continued his soccer career as a head coach for Barva-Juegos Nacionales in the Second Division B ( LINAFA), getting great results. In 2011 he moved to California where he joined the Santa Ana Winds in 2013, played for one season and became the head coach of the team. He then coached ex-UPSL club OC Stars FC. Today he is back with Santa Winds FC as General Manager.
